Terms & Conditions
By booking a photography session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once both parties agree to the session details and any required deposit has been received. Invoices are issued upon delivery of the photos. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session. Rescheduling and cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before scheduled date.
For cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, I reserve the right to retain a reasonable portion of the session fee or any deposit paid as compensation. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost by mutual agreement if weather conditions are unsuitable.
In case of illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session may be rescheduled.
Delivery
Edited photographs will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on workload and season.
Artistic Style
Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with my portfolio and editing style. Final images will be delivered in this style.
RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Copyright
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Milou Photos.
Clients receive a personal-use license for the delivered images.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Portfolio Use
Milou Photos reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.
Liability
Every reasonable effort will be made to provide the agreed photography services. However, Milou Photos shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen events.
Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the photography services.
